About Us

System Safety Services is dedicated to assisting companies to operate safer by reducing human error.

We believe that we must train the human on how to avoid the error he/she doesn’t ever intend to make. We also believe that we must do more than just provide the training: We must also provide a safety cultured atmosphere. This does not have to cost money but will save money over time.

System Safety Services would be pleased to provide a briefing for any company interested in improving safety by reducing the human error. This briefing will be provided for costs only and is not a sales pitch.

Provide a confidential safety review for a company.  This review would be based on human factors and would look closely at the company culture.

Assist a company in setting up a complete safety management program. This would include everything from the safety policy to the incident investigation and analysis.

Carry out or assist in an accident or incident investigation.  This would include finding the root cause(s) of the incident in a confidential report.

Act as expert witness in court cases where required.

Assist in any other way that can be mutually agreed to.
